Founder of ASG, Stuart is an IATA Senior Consultant, trainer and auditor as well as being a proven operator.  He has worked for a number of international airlines and related companies in senior positions.  In early 2000 he was part of the launch team for a company which has gone on to become one of the largest providers of ground services in the world. Stuart has worked across the world delivering new or improved businesses to a wealth of ASG clients.  This has included a new start in Heathrow, operational process re-modelling, restructure of a number of companies around the world and support for the UN in a range of operational theatres.   He sits on a number of airport consultative committees, CAA GHOST and is a skilled negotiator - representing clients in supplier, industrial relations and contract negotiations around the world.   He is married with 3 children   - Contact

Chris Robson-Smith - Senior Associate
Chris has a wealth of experience in senior roles within airlines, airports and ground handlers.  He started work with BEA (British Airways) in the late 1960's and has progressed to senior director level in a number of international airlines.  A great communicator and negotiator, Chris has recently been working with an international airline as overseas operations manager.  This has taken him all around the world, including the delivery of an audit program across the USA.  The reassurance of someone who understands the industry allows Chris to influence and mentor.  He is married with adult sons and lives in Cheshire.

Paul Willis - Senior Associate 
Paul has worked in aviation for most of his career, although he started out as a guardsman in the British Army!  His ability to communicate with an audience is excellent.  He passes on his immense knowledge of ground operations with a passion and professionalism that has helped him become one of the best in his field.  He couples this with a raft of industry licenses and certificates, enabling him to perform audits at the highest level.  He has recently been DAQCP/ AEA de-icing co-ordinator for a major handler, as well as writing training material and SOPs for both ramp and passenger service delivery. Paul lives on the Leicestershire/ Derbyshire borders with his wife and family.
